1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 12hbaje ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 12hbaje platform — including the website, mobile app, and all games — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all players at 12hbaje regardless of how they access the platform. If you are using the 12hbaje mobile app, these Terms apply equally. If you access 12hbaje on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting, you agree on their behalf.

2 Eligibility and Registration

All financial transactions at 12hbaje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You must use a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Wallet section of your account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at 12hbaje's discretion.

• Withdrawal requests are processed during normal operating hours and are usually completed within 24 hours.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply at 12hbaje:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

12hbaje is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with 12hbaje games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or card game formats.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.

• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

7 Game Rules and Disputes
